As the first private sessions I usually do either
1) Personal consulting (reading) through family constellations.
We could dig into the hidden reasons of your situation, your potentials. Sometimes we could add therapy approach. But this session is usually light and easy.
2) If you got a deep issue and need a therapy, we could start with Yin&Yan Emotional-Visual Hypnotherapy approach.
It really drives deep into into your hidden unconscious patterns, balancing and harmonizing it.
3. If you just prefer to balance yourself, empower, heal on the subconscious level, we could make a Dreams Alives therapy session.
After the first trial session we could continue our therapy with next sessions.
HOW DO THE HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION LOOKS LIKE?
I use different approaches due to the question and client preferences.
1) Usually we start from system constellations to detect the situation from within, the reasons of it.
2) Seing the reason we can use different hypnotherapy approaches to heal it.
WHAT ARE THE HYPNOTHERAPY APPROACHES AND PROGRAMS I USE
#1. Emotional-Visual Hypnotherapy.
Its good for self-understanding, feeling your path, getting out of depression, anxiety, increasing life energy etc.
This is the nice indirect approach, when the client is revealing inner images and playing it.
As the example, we usually start with Yin&Yan trial session, where you can see different parts of your personality and integrate it.
#2. Dreams Alive Psychotherapy.
This is the most deep and soft approach.
We are deal with inner traumas through the symbols of your unconscious. In careful approach we are helping your unconscious to heal the stories that are most important for you at this moment.
#3. Hypnotherapy Regressions.
This approach is a more sympthom-focused. We are focused on traumas that are starting to shows up childhood life, past lifes.
We dive deeply into the key reasons of your sympthom, healing it. Turning you back to life in full potentials.
#4. Archetypical HypnoCoaching (Hypno-shamanic Initiations).
This is very interesting approach. We use archetypes to empower you in achieving your goals.
We held series of archetypical initiations to activate your potentials in achieving your business, family, other goals.
